Not Just on Sundays

Hello everyone!!

In my prayer time today, I felt the presence of the Lord so strong.  All I could do was worship Him and cry out for my family, and cry out for those struggling in their faith. In the last days, there will be a great apostasy, or a great falling away in the church.  Many turning from God seeking  other means of identity. There is such a hate for Jesus, and the more chaotic the world gets, that hate grows stronger.  As Christians, we will also be hated.  There are so many people calling good what is evil, and evil what is good.

Isaiah 5:20 says:  "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter." We are definitely seeing that today.

Scriptures are twisted to protect sinful lifestyles.  The moving of the Holy Spirit has been exchanged for an emotional high in the church...It's all about how we feel, not about what God has to say.

     This is it!!  It's time to hit our knees like never before!!  It's time to study the bible like never before! Worship the Lord from the depths of your heart, not just on Sundays.

Get this picture:  there is a war going on in the spiritual world to corrupt the church, to corrupt the family unit, to corrupt our schools, to corrupt our government.  It's a battle for the very souls of people. The Lord really made that clear to me today. I felt the urgency of it.   

     Having said all of that...I would like to encourage all of us to keep the faith:  strive for holiness:  Love God through the good and bad.  Feel urgent, but not fearful.  If you sin, confess that to the Lord...He will forgive you.  God is in full control of this world.  I love the scripture that encourages to cast all cares upon Christ, for He cares for us "deeply".
